The hotel is located near a train station, making it easy to reach areas like Fort. guests can hang out at the famous Barefoot cafe nearby until check-in time. Plus, the rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, and have comfortable beds.

The shared bathroom was small, and some guests reported issues with cleanliness.

The location was VERY GOOD and the bed comfy. Barefoot Garden Cafe, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with AC to keep you cool in the Sri Lankan heat. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Plus, the value for money is outstanding, with breakfast included and all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Everything is what I need and want.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the double glazing feature that kept noise levels down without impacting the stunning views. the available kitchen was a plus, taking into account the affordable prices of restaurants in the area. the location was ideal, as it was surrounded by shops and easily accessible via tuk-tuk.

The shared bathroom was disappointing, as I had to wait for others to finish using it. the room was not properly ventilated, and the unpleasant smell of mold was distracting.

The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the ocean. The staff was friendly and provided us with useful tips for exploring the surrounding area. The shared bathroom was kept very clean, which was appreciated.
